West Coaster Selected for NZ Marist XV

West Coast Heartland and Greymouth Marist RFC representative Nathan Smith, has been selected to play for the New Zealand Marist XV against the New Zealand Heartland XV at the Alpine Energy Stadium in Timaru on November the 9th.

Smiths inclusion comes after some great form for his club this year, and carry’s on his representation in New Zealand Marist teams, after playing a staring role with the NZ Marist Colts last year. Greymouth Marist spokesman Gus Heveldt said it was a wonderful honour for the club in having Nathan selected for this side.

“Nathan has been an outstanding player for us these past few years, and it’s a rich reward for his form and his commitment to our club, the senior side and West Coast rugby”, Heveldt said.
